  • Jake Bevens

    Jake was a founding member of the Full Force Dance Company. Since then he has received summer scholarships with Miami City Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Anaheim Ballet. He has performed leading roles in The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and Twyla Tharp's Torrelli. In 2010, Mr. Bevens began studying at the EDGE Performing Arts Center, a prestigious dance studio in Hollywood, California. He has spent the last two years working for Tokyo Disneyland and currently lives in Los Angeles where he is working as a dancer in television and film.

  • Ashley Everett

    Ashley left Chico to join New York's Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. In 2007, she declined to continue her studies at Juilliard to join The Beyonce Experience tour as a back-up dancer. Since then Everett has worked continuously as a back-up dancer with Beyonce and other artists including Usher, Ne-Yo, and Ciara. Ashely is currently working and living in Los Angeles.

  • Christopher Rendall-Jackson

    Christopher danced with CCB for 10 years before becoming a an apprentice and corps dancer with the Boston Ballet and then a principal dancer at the Pittsburgh Ballet. Prior to obtaining a law degree from Harvard University, Mr. Rendall-Jackson had the opportunity to perform in leading roles in productions of Don Quixote, Cinderella, The Nutcracker, Romeo et Juliette, and Alice and Wonderland. Currently residing in San Francisco, he and his wife Kaori Ogasawara continue to work and lead master classes for CCB company members.

  • Erin Parsley

    Erin danced professionally with Ballet Chicago, Labayen Dance in San Francisco, and Felice Lesser in New York before finding her passion as a choreographer and dance instructor.

    Currently living in San Francisco, Ms. Parsley continues to lead master classes and choreograph dance pieces for members of Chico Community Ballet.

  • Luciano Castaldo

    Luciano Castaldo is an Inspire School of Arts & Sciences Alumni and a past community member for CCB’s “A very Chico Nutcracker” and “Cinderella”! Awarded The Rita Moreno California High School Musical Honors for Best Male Actor in a Musical, Luciano was able to Compete in the 2019 Jimmy Awards in New York City! Luciano is currently in his graduating year at The Institute for American Musical Theatre in New York! Training nine hours a day, six days a week with some of Broadway’s most reputed performers as well as working one on one with New York’s top Casting Agencies such as Telsey and Company, Tara Rubin Casting and Seay Casting! This past year Luciano has had the honor of performing as a dancer in the creative process of “Company” as it prepared for a post-quarantine opening after its move from London to Broadway! He also had the opportunity to be the dance captain in “Good Luck in Space” a new Broadway musical workshopped by Tony Award winning writer and composer, Greg Kotis and Mark Hollmann!

  • Tirza Panunto

    Tirza Panunto is an alumni from CCB and current teacher at Chico Creek Dance. During her time in CCB she performed in five productions of The Nutcracker, two productions of Cinderella, The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland, and The Sleeping Beauty. She has also performed in many additional performances such as Keeping Dance Alive, Outside the Box, 42nd Street with Inspire High School, and in North State Ballet’s production of Coppelia. Tirza has additionally spent many summers training at prestigious ballet schools, such as Sacramento Ballet on a scholarship, Ballet West, and other summer intensives.

    In 2019 she became a trainee with Sacramento Ballet where she worked/performed with the company for two years. Her second year there she participated in monthly trainee shows and was a guest artist in CCB's production of La Fille Mal Gardee. This past year she has been a trainee with State Street Ballet in Santa Barbara where she has gotten to work alongside the company and perform in a variety of works. She went on tour with the company for their shows of The Nutcracker and Appalachian Spring and also had the opportunity to dance with SELAH Dance Collective in their performance of Rite of Spring.

    Tirza loves teaching and getting to work with students on achieving their goals and is grateful to share her love for dance!
